With the deregulation of the Hong Kong telecommunications market, Matrix Telecom
Hong Kong Limited (Matrix) was set up in 2006, with the mission of providing
telecommunication services of unrivalled quality in its class to its targeted market
segments. We were awarded the "External Telecommunications Service Provider"
licence (PNETS No: 1308) in 2006 by the Office of Telecommunications Authority (OFTA)
in Hong Kong.

Further, with a commitment to service quality and customer satisfaction, we are
currently one of the leading telecommunications service providers in the region.
Over the years, Matrix has made constant investments to upgrade our telecom switches
and peripheral equipment, in line with our commitment to provide reliable and quality
telecommunications services to our customers. In addition, Matrix has also launched
many pioneering initiatives in the telecom field, including the special value-added
features of our prepaid calling cards. All these initiatives are launched with the ultimate
aim of delivering reliable telecommunications services of unsurpassed quality to our
customers, while facilitating the ease of use on the part of our customers.
With the liberalization of the telecommunications market in Singapore in 2000, we set
up an associate company, Matrix Telecom(s) Pte Ltd.. It obtained the Services-based
operator (SBO) licence in Singapore in 2008 and started our Singapore operations by
replicating our Hong Kong success story to Singapore. To date, it is one of the leading
prepaid and postpaid IDD calling solutions providers in Singapore.
With licences to operate in Hong Kong and Singapore, we are now one of the fastest
growing regional carriers, having interconnected to more than 100 international telecom
carrier partners worldwide.

In 2006, we further launched our telecom services in Australia. We established an
associate partnership, WorldTel Pty Limited., in Sydney, with the vision to bring our
telecom products to different regions.

In 2008 the company put bold step to enter USA market with its "MATRIX GROUP LLC
USA" with corporate office in 37-20, 74th Street, Jackson Heights, New York. And we are
in a process to open our UK operation very soon.

Forging ahead, we will continue to deploy the state-of-the-art communication
technologies, while recruiting and retaining a dedicated and talented team to provide
the most innovative telecommunication services with unrivalled quality to our valued
customers.
